The 2nd appellete court is reviewing the judicial decision which in effect makes home schooling illegal in the state of California. In their infinite wisdom, they are seeking the opinion of the teachers union. Are these people nuts? If their opinion is weighed heavily, then hs in California is severly in danger.
In June, the teachers union will face an independent study Christian home school. I will be watching for this, if the courts decide in favor of the teachers union, California will be following laws based on judicial decision, not legislative procedure. Scarey!
How sad that we have developed a culture in which a parents have to fight to be allowed to adhere to the responsibilty given by God.
