656.walking through a store and an 11 year old who has no qualms with holding my hand.
657. walking behind a 7 year old as he pushes the cart, playfully kicking his butt making him smile.
658. Time with fabric sitting across the living room floor as the princess makes her first "no sew" tie blanket, we quietly chat about nothing in particular and enjoy eachothers company.
659. children exhibiting self control, and knowing how hard that is.
660. Him coming home from working, and playing with the kids
661. After dinner, he goes to do some more work in the house
662. knowing that the slow progress because of work and school grate on him as much as me, yet he keeps plodding
663. The princess going into her not quite done room and rejoicing in pink
664. my beloved's willingness to let her have a pink room.
665. Warm house on a cold night
666. Home made potatoe soup with honey wheat rolls on an evening when the wind howls and the snow is blowing.
667. A 9 year old that prays at dinner, who remembers specific people in prayer, that God will answer their needs.
668. A dear friend of mine, who has cancer. She has been battling on and off for 7 long years. She recently has told her beloved that she is considering stopping the treatments. They are so hard on her and no longer seem to be effective....I am truly grateful for my health and the health of my beloved! I also am grateful for each day God has given her. 7 years ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and the doctors said she would only live a few months...
669. the opportunity/privilige to go to God on behalf of her and her family.

671. Little birds feeding out of the kids' homemade birdfeeder.
672. 3 children with their noses pressed up against the window watching as their work is appreciated by the little birds, and their squeals of excitement.
673. giggles from the children as the birds "fight" over the birdhouses hung from the porch.
674. snowy days that keep us all home
675. time spent with God, alone as well as together as a family.
