I did not check in last Wednesday. My food choices had remained firm, but exersize was a bit more sporadic. I found myself with to many things on my "to do" list.
We are still going through a purge of the house, but not doing it quickly, rather really going through things.
Even without the daily exersize I still dropped another 2 pounds, so I am content with that. I must remind myself, I did not put the weight on quickly so I must not expect to lose it quickly.
My dear cousin is recovering from his stroke, he has been moved to rehab, and is working on learning to walk, talk and even eat again. I find this a motivator, as I don't want to put my family through this.
