Challenge 1...bible reading...the only day I missed on this was today, not for lack of effort, one must watch the battery levels on the kindle when one plans to use it daily! ... I have kept up with the bible study and the prayer list for hubby. And will pick up today's reading either later today or with tomorrows.
Challege 2. Tuesday and Wednesday were missed because I was feeling really ill. Not quite sick, but upset stomach. Made up for it on Thursday...did my shred (up to level 2 now...) and a 30 minute pilates routine and played on wii fit till I had burned 200 calories. (I love the fact that I can "see" the results.
Challenge 3. Journaling food. Since I am doing this online, Monday got missed, but there is an advantage to this as I became more aware of what I am shoving in my mouth! On the way home from co-op I stopped by a grocery store to pick up a snack for the kids. I did find that the Starbuck coffees I so love are a meal in themselves calorie wise...so won't be using them like I had been. I would grab one everytime I was in the town, especially on Monday co-op!...
I so like taking these little steps rather than just "read the bible in a year" or lose so much weight etc. I look forward to continuing this.

I never stuck with reading a bible in one year but last year I did read the bible in 90 days. That plan worked great for me. It was something I could stick with and I really enjoyed it. I plan to do it a few times this year starting the first of February.
Love the food journal idea as well. I should try that also.
You did something towards each one of your goals this week which is great!
I did the read-the-Bible-in-a-year chalenge and found it was a realistic amount of reading to do each day without feeling so overwhelmed.
I'm impressed you were able to do so much even with being sick. Hope you're feeling better this week!
