Now on my wall at home "What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday?"...
January is upon us. My oldest will be 12 in just a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks after that my princess is 10. Our culture teaches that this is a time of rebellion, not yet an adult. Yet the bible shows a boy to be a man at around 12 or 13. Puberty is no excuse in the eyes of God, to the contrary God holds him as an adult. I have looked for the excuses of rebellion and bad behaviour and other such references in the bible of the hormonal changes associated with puberty and "testing their wings" as being acceptable by God and I have not found any such copouts.
851. Seeing these people in my home mature and grow into adulthood and in Christ.
